 The Parish of Wrestlingworth & Cockayne Hatley comprises of 2 thriving villages, has a population of approximately 750 residents and is situated 6 miles west of Sandy on the east Bedfordshire border with Cambridgeshire. 

Wrestlingworth benefits from a Church of England Primary school, pre-school, public house, a seamstress and a hairdresser.  There is a well-used Village Hall which hosts numerous clubs, societies, events and also Parish Council meetings.  The Parish has an active church community with two churches offering weekly services and also a Sunday Club held monthly at the school in Wrestlingworth. 

St John's Church in Cockayne Hatley dates back to the thirteenth century and is of particular historical interest.  Parish events include fetes, BBQ's, quizzes and other community events.

About The Parish
